RECONCILIATION EXAMPLE

 

The first example is a Reconciliation match between a targeted prospect and an actual sale.  Note: Three categories are considered in matching. Name – Phone Number – Address

Here two of three categories matched [Name and Address].

The second example also shows a match.  However, the match was a person on the exclusion list and thus the Dealer was not billed the $397 per car.
